ABS-CBN’s newest primetime drama series “Muling Buksan Ang Puso” has captivated more viewers nationwide after it hit its all-time high national TV ratings of 30.4% on Wednesday (July 24) based on data from Kantar Media covering urban and rural homes nationwide.
The teleserye topbilled by Julia Montes, Enchong Dee and Enrique Gil rated eight points higher than its rival show in GMA, “Mundo Mo’y Akin” which only scored 22.5%. “Muling Buksan Ang Puso” features an ensemble of stars comprising of three generations of some of the country’s most talented actors including Julia, Enchong and Enrique; top caliber actresses who are both returning Kapamilyas Agot Isidro and Cherie Gil, with exceptional actors Daniel Fernando, Dominic Ochoa and Jestoni Alarcon; and the highly acclaimed veteran performers Pilar Pilapil, Dante Rivero, and Queen of Philippine Movies Susan Roces, who is better known now among viewers as the feisty Doña Adelina Beltran.
